This allows me to help you get better faster, not get lost among the other clients, and allows you to GET THE MOST out of your “hopefully” extra effort in class!

BELLEY FIT PROVIDES YOU THE ABILITY TO EXPERIENCE TRUE FITNESS!

There’s nothing wrong with just having a beach body, if you’re satisfied with that. There’s nothing wrong with just running, if you’re into a steady state of being, similar surroundings and moving along. But what if you could have a blend of both? The capability of running faster, defining a beach body (most of us participate in the actual “MUD RUNS” with no shirts or limited clothing thanks to our specialized style of training that gives us the beach body look) and playing in the outdoors on ropes, walls, in water, and through fields and over hills. That is BelleyFit.

Again, our style of training demands calories to be successful.
You can eat some carbs 🙂
You can enjoy food.
You can feel happy with your body as you get not only stronger, but leaner in the process.
We do not develop the “Crossfit” body type that some women are beginning to become fearful of.
We develop smaller frames.

 

BELLEY FIT WILL DEVELOP A HEALTHY, MORE ATHLETIC and SUPER FIT YOU!

Train athletically minded and programmed and you will become athletic. It’s a simple formula for you undergo. You may have been an athlete growing up. It’s incredibly exciting continuing, or reigniting that spirit once again! You may not have been an athlete growing up due to team cuts, local politics, bad coaches or terrible systems of youth development. Now you have the chance to be “in the game” all the time! It’s completely individual and what you get from this unique style of training is completely “INDEPENDENT” to you! I enjoy the accountability. These events have become “MY” Personal Trainer. I feel fulfilled. My girlfriend loves the challenges, constant variation and continuing improvements each event she enters! Everyone had their own goals and ambitions but we are together a “Team”!

 

BELLEY FIT FOCUSES ON IMPROVING YOURSELF, NOT TRYING TO IMITATE A COVER MODEL

I don’t know about you, but just looking at oneself in the mirror, or hanging at a beach for 3 months out of the year as a fitness goal is pretty boring and not a great mindset for fitness. There has to be more to it than just that!!

Let’s be honest, boot camps are getting a little too easy, and everyone and their brother is opening up or popping up a camp in every neighborhood, cardboard box and fitness club in the town.

This type of instant-expert-pop-up-shop programming has been weakening the expectations of the original idea behind the boot camp integrity.

Being most likely one of, if not, the first in our area to introduce the ‘boot camp’ we are also going to be the first to kill it off and introduce something much more valuable to you and worth your while than the latest trend following or worse yet, dishonest fitness service.

Did you also know we were one of the first ‘boot camps’ on the entire south shore well over 10 years ago?

We’ve held over 4,000 camp sessions!

Amazing how fast the time escapes us.

And think, had you started at session 1, 100, 1,000 or even session 2,800 where would you be now?

Our class sessions have been really fun for me over the years and we’ve come up with some great workouts. The kind that have you cranky with us but love us simultaneously!

Also, and please, DO NOT forget this: your results are a direct result of your nutritional consistency. 80-90% of your results in our programs – or anyone’s for that matter – come from your ability to abstain from junk food, and all other items that will deter from sound nutritional principles and recover properly.

We literally are what we eat. Promise.

Also, any of the small group body transformation instructors at Belley Fitness through the years were  former clients. People who were just like you. They graduated through our “Belley Way” system.

So trust me when I say, “I believe in you.”
