What is our style or method of training?

Well, we are an all and everything and not all things training firm.

Basically, we incorporate many styles and tools into our training philosophy. We use a variety of methods from crossfit, to kettlebells, to athletic conditioning, to self-defenses, to relaxation techniques to aerobic conditioning.

Primarily we focus on bodyweight and strength training as our typical means.

Of course, every client is different, and thus different needs must be met. We've trained clients never once touching a free weight.

Everything is considered on an individual basis.

How do we know what is best for each client?

We run every new client into our training family through a 2 day evaluation. We base our evaluation on posture, static and dynamic movements, nutritional support, performance testing and body tracking.

We have split the 'Eval' into 2 days because we find it easier on our clients and we can provide attention for areas that may need so.

Our clients come first. So do their results.

Without our clients, we do not run an award winning fitness and weight loss personal training company.

That's simple.

We're not out to make a quick buck or tell you that only our way of thinking and training is ideal. We're not trying to corner anyone into believing that we're the only fitness option. We want the best for every, and any, individual who decides to make training a part of their lifestyle.

The training and conditioning firms we've listed happen to be great at their craft. They are worldly known and nationally recognized by the media just as we are for a reason: They produce results.

At the end of the day, all that matters is the clients' happiness.
